Hectic lives, omg how much fun!
Well since the last post loads has happened too much to recall, my head hurts at the thought of all those braincells killed by the stupid quantities of Alcohol drank.
a brief outline:
Wednesday: Uni + Vodka Revolution+ Halo (nightclub untill 2am)
Thursday: Uni + Work
Friday: Uni + Work + Otley run + Star untill 2 am
Saturday: work from 10 am to 9 pm (buffet for 350 such a good laugh)
Things are finally starting to come togeather socially, drunkard night out with people off my course is definately the way to go. Work has also kicked into life at long last some work actually capable of generating some excitement, in the form of a buffet for 350 people, still pretty bog standard stuff but it's more of a challenge than everything else.
Lets start a bit before that, i will attempt ateast to recall the awesome events of last night.
Work was the usual stuff bit of a doss around, but as soon as the pennies were earnt it was time to go out and spend it all on Alcohol. I met up with my friends from Uni about 1/2 way through the now world famous Otley run, although we did have a good 10 pubs to go, so plenty of time to get thoroughly smashed. Chris was already well on his way to Pissedville USA with his habit of downing Cider not a good idea as he later proved as he gpt himself chucked out of the Terrace bar. Brad was also slightly drunk but on form none the less and his fancy dress turning up in a lab coat was just classic as i inadvertently started a trend for writting all over it. I was attacked by Sasha with black lipstick as she wrote "lover" over my forehead with a heart on each cheek.
Having completed the otley run and left the others to stagger home i met up with one of my flatmates, Andy and we went to Star which was awesome as we drank a bit more and thats about all i remember of that night, that and i finally crawled into bed at 3 am.
My alarmclock got me out of bed this morning to a serious thirst for water and a mad dash to get to work for 10 am. Thankgod for the absence of a hangover!
Today was easily the best day i have had at Mine (my job) me and Doug (diamond geezer) were basically on one hell of a long shift running from 10 am to close.
It was non-stop fun though, as we slowly went insane having been locked in a small and cramped kitchen, ending in an incident with a bag of icing sugar and me looking like i had been caught in a snow shower. The buffet itself was a piece of piss to do, the only problem was the total lack of an sort of planning, they make BSOP look good.
Now it's time to play Halo 2 tidy up a bit and get some all important sleep!
Clarkey
