Well here life finds me again

Hello, this is sort of my first day on my "get clarkey motivated campaign" of self improvement, but already we are seeing some encouraging signs i actually got off to sleep at a reasonable time tonight and got out of bed and into uni early (which is shocking for me).

Todays meal of the day: everything is better stir-fried
It's dead simple to do so please follow suite and it creates loads of food for very little effort and cost
Start by putting some rice on to cook (usually takes 15 mins)
Then slice all half a green and yellow peppers, a spring onion, about 5 mushrooms and leave on a plate.
Next take a single chicken breast and slice into nice small pieces (so it will cook quickly).
Ok by this time your about 5 mins in so you can start putting your wok/frying pan on with a little bit of oil in to heat up. once thats done chuck in the chicken then once thats starting to go brown add the mushrooms, after about 2 mins chuck the rest in.
By this time your rice should be nearly ready (i.e nice a fluffy), so drain it and rinse with cold water. Once drained throw that in the wok and stir it around, add your soy sauce to your own liking (i love the stuff so add lots). Wam bam thankyou mam and your done.
Ingredients: Soy sauce, rice, chicken breast, peppers of your choice, mushrooms and spring onions.
Sorted!

Anyway off out in a bit for a few drinks.
